MASS served as Construction Manager for an $11 million repositioning of Miami Tower, a 47-story Class A office building.
Scope included:
● 20,000+ SF lobby renovation
● Common area and office upgrades
● Exterior entrance transformation
All work was completed in a fully occupied building, requiring advanced logistics planning, phased construction, and continuous coordination with tenants and building management.
