Zion Mass
Zion founded MASS in 2010, with over 20 years of industry experience managing commercial and residential projects throughout Florida. Earning concurrent masters in Architecture and Construction Management from University of Florida, Zion has a unique skill set to analyze and manage projects from all angles.
Prior to MASS, Zion worked for both Moss and Coastal Construction, two of the largest and most reputable contractors in the Nation. While there, he managed high profile projects ranging from professional sporting facilities to historical preservation and luxury high-rise condominiums including The Marlins Stadium, SoHo Beach House (Miami Beach) and The Surf Club (Miami Beach).
Hernan Grosbard
Hernan Grosbard is an accomplished project manager and operations expert with over a decade of experience in the construction and event production industries. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice Administration and is complemented by specialized training in Construction Finance Management from Columbia University.
Currently, Hernan leads project management and field operations at MASS Construction Corp., where he oversees large-scale commercial and residential projects with budgets ranging from $10 million to $500 million. His role involves coordinating with design teams, managing sub-contractors, and ensuring adherence to safety standards while maintaining profitability and budgetary controls.
Previously, Hernan served as Production Director at SWARM and the Regional Logistic Manager at Red Bull, orchestrating major events like Miami Music Week and Art Basel. His expertise in resource allocation, contract negotiation, and logistics management has consistently delivered successful outcomes in high-pressure environments. His efforts in streamlining operations and managing large-scale events earned him a reputation in the event production industry. Fluent in Spanish and skilled in various project management tools, Hernan is adept at leading teams and fostering effective collaboration.
