A key differentiator was MASS’s ability to streamline the permitting process in Miami, breaking approvals into phased sections to allow inspections to proceed without delays tied to full-building permits. MASS also coordinated critical milestones such as tower crane demobilization, aligning logistics with construction progress to avoid disruption. As one of the most significant office developments in Miami in over a decade, 830 Brickell required expert-level coordination between international developers, contractors, and local authorities.
