Description: La Cocina is a speakeasy-style bar built within Stephen’s Delicatessen, requiring construction of two distinct concepts within one structure. MASS coordinated shared MEP systems, construction sequencing between both spaces, creation of a distinct, immersive hospitality environment. This project demonstrates MASS’s ability to execute complex hospitality construction projects with multiple concepts under one roof.
