This Wynwood project brought together historic preservation, affordable workforce housing, and neighborhood retail in a way that keeps the spirit of the community alive. We are proud to serve as General Contractor on this public-private collaboration alongside the Omni CRA, the City of Miami, and ownership to help bring approximately 10 affordable housing units and ground-floor retail to 2003 N. Miami Ave.
