Watching a building we helped deliver reach a moment like this is incredibly rewarding. 830 Brickell is one of the most significant office towers to rise in Miami's urban core in over a decade. Seeing this iconic building become home to an exclusive destination like Seia, with quality art and panoramic views of Biscayne Bay, is just what this city deserves. We served as Owner's Representative on this 56-story tower, stepping in mid-construction to bring structure, coordination, and execution to the finish line.
