Description: MASS served as General Contractor for the Bartaco restaurant buildout in Wynwood Miami, part of the Wynwood 25 development. Bartaco’s design required execution of a coastal-inspired, open-air restaurant concept, incorporating natural materials, indoor-outdoor flow, and brand-specific finishes. MASS coordinated closely with the brand’s design team and developer to deliver the space according to strict standards. This project highlights MASS’s capabilities in restaurant construction in Miami, hospitality buildouts for national brands, managing design-driven environments with complex MEP coordination.
